Governor adjustments
I just purchased a 96 cc ds gas. It's a stretched 8 seater. Runs great, very quite and no smoke. But..... The governor kicks in at 14 mph. Is there any way to adjust the governor or any other adjustments to get some more speed without removing rev limiter?
