How to put disc brakes on a Toro Workman e2050
Our Workman e2050 has pretty weak cable driven drum brakes on the rear wheels only. The e2065 version has hydraulic disc brakes in the front and hydraulic drums in the rear, so I've considered just ordering all the parts from Toro and converting it over. Unfortunately Toro parts are just too expensive.
Is there any good brake kit I can use? Since all the weight is on the rear maybe changing to hydraulic disc brakes there would be enough? This has the common Dana Spicer H-12 transaxle, so maybe there's a reasonable disc brake kit for it? |
