2010 Electric RXV (Voltage Reducer)

Just installed stereo in new 2010 RXV. The cart store said that under the seat on the drivers side of cart that the 2010 already had a voltage reducer installed. When I meter I'm not getting anywhere near 12-14 volts at wires. Voltage fluctuates everywhere. Are they correct??

I too have some 12 volt accessories I want to add to my 2010 RXV electric. Having the same problem. I am trying to get a repair manual that might show a wiring diagram but no luck so far. Make sure you post if you find out something on this....thanks
