Welcome to the madness!
What type of speed controll do you need? A V-glide with resistors?

controller is solid state and works in conjunction with a V-Glide wiper switch assembly.

Look at my threads...1992 EZGO stubborn in forward. I rebuilt the F/R switch with everything new except the micro switches and the reverse alarm. The problem turned out to be in the alarm or alarm switch so my F/R switch was fine. As soon as I got the parts I realized they weren't going to help but I changed them out anyway. If the alarm switch isn't working (no noise) the cart won't go in either direction. If my old parts will fit your cart you are welcome to them for postage.
