Default 2000 txt gas powered wires from under floor mat need to go where? Red and a green.

Where do the two wires from under floor mat by gas pedal need to run to and connect in engine bay area? Currently the green comes out of floor and up near reverse warning sound thing and connects to another lighter green wire which then run down to connections by battery. Red currently goes to the top plug on neutral safety switch. Another red/white connects to the same location on switch and runs down to the electrical plug in down next to battery. And one other red wire connects from the reverse warning sound thing to the middle screw on neutral safety switch and nothing is screwed into lower screw. Does this sound correct? I have no spark trying to resolve issue . But I bought in current state and not positive these are where wires actually should Go?
Any help is appreciated
Thank you
