Yes your battery is full of electrolyte, it never leaves the battery unless it get spilled out. The only thing that's needs to be added to a battery is distilled water, because it will evaporate when the battery is charged

Not so much "evaporation" as loss due to "electrolysis", that is where the hydrogen & oxygen explosive gas mix comes from when charging or discharging the batteries.
