Re: xct 400 controller and D&D motors will not power up
Getting the plugs from the stock PDS wiring harness plugged into an XCT controller is exceedingly difficult. (No room and tight jacks)
It took me several tries to get them plugged into my XCT. Try dismounting the controller from the heatsink so you can view the plugs from the side to see if the are all at the same level. Unplug all the plugs and start with the plug from the Run/Tow switch (Switch in Tow position when unplugging and plugging things), then the 10-pin connector. With those two plugs properly seated, the XCT should power up when the Run/Tow is in Run and the Key is turned on. (Disconnect the USB from the laptop, or XCT will stay on all the time) If the green LED comes on, put Run/Tow back into Tow and connect the other two plugs (Pedal box and speed sensor), If it is still dead, call Alltrax. |

Does anybody know the color sequence for the speed sensor on this d&d motor? Red green black on motor and red black and white on ezgo harness.

Re: xct 400 controller and D&D motors will not power up
I was pretty surprised when Chad told me he had power at 4,5 and none at 1,3 on C1. I studied the diagrams pretty hard and decided it must be a circuit board fault. Called Alltrax tech and got a blank stare - followed by a I'll get back to you on this, and they did

Got controller back and all is well . Can't believe how powerful it is. It wants to pick front wheels up with this motor and controller combo. Thanks a lot Scotty for your help and great service no matter the time of day..
