Operating (or trying to) a DCS cart with weak batteries is a sure fire way to lose an OEM Curtiss controller.

I'll be on the hunt for some replacements soon. My local shop quoted $90-$110 (after core credit) each for a couple different brands...Interstate and Trojan, I think. Is that a reasonable price?

Was at Sam's club this afternoon and noticed they had golf cart batteries...to my surprise. Looks like they had two varieties of 6v batteries. $85 each for GC2 and $113 each for GC2-122. Any thoughts on these Energizer batteries?
