Medalist slow
Put a new stock motor in. Still cant get above 8mph. Checked the tire pressure and brake drag.
Any other ideas? Hug bearings? Axle bearings? |

Re: Medalist slow
Check the gear ratio for the rear end?
What is the output of the controller at full pedal? Clip your positive probe to the B+ and the negative probe to the M- and take it for a spin to determine the output. |

Re: Medalist slow
Another thought would be to check out the throttle signal and make sure the control is being told to go full speed when the pedal is down.
