Default 2005 western "what's it worth?"

Hello! My boss wants me to sell his 2005 Western Golf Car(t) as is.
I have not seen it yet so no pics. Here is what I know-
VIN #14V5661175W025561
Purchased 8/15/05
MSRP at that time $9,000.00
Batteries are spent.
My questions are- how to best determine a fair asking price-
how to find out the build specs using the VIN #
and where would be the best place to advertise it for sale.
I did send an inquiry to lidomotorusa.com and got an automated reply.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You !

Check newspaper classified ads, Craigslist, and eBay for going prices in your area. Prices vary by region. If you check eBay, do an advanced search and look for closed auctions. Current bids on an ongoing auction are low.

Check for battery holder rust. Check for slop in the steering wheel. Check brakes. Not deal breakers, but negotiating chips. Check battery prices in your area. Check the charger.

Edit:

Check all accessories, such as lights, brake lights, blinkers, radio, 12 volt converter, etc., if installed. Check all zerks to see if he has been maintaining it. Check water level in batteries. If they're low, he likely hasn't been maintaining it properly. Ask if he changed the differential oil.
