Charger stays on after unplugged

Hey guys. I picked up a 92 i think ezgo with a lestronic II charger. Everythings been fine when charging for about a month but lately i just noticed charger not turning off after almost a full day on charger so i unplugged the charger from cart and the charger remained on. I didnt wait to see if it would turn off so i just unplugged from wall. But ive never seen that before. Today i plugged into wall without being plugged in cart to see if it would kick on but it didnt so im stumped and im not the best with these things but any ideas or help from you guys would be awesome. Try unplugging it from the cart, then wait & see if it will turn off by itself within a reasonable amount of time. I have seen a delay on a otherwise "working fine" charger. More info on the cart & it's charging would be helpful. After a long charging session, what is the pack voltage while the charger is still on (should be 44-46v)? What does the charger amp meter reach at max just after plugging the charger in to cart?
