I have my 12v accessories on a separate 12v battery already. I'm just wondering about placement of the 2 extra batteries if I go with 8-6v

Get a voltage reducer or go bag well just depends on "how many" 12 v accessories you have and their power draw

you CAN put them all under the seat, but that requires a fair amount of work.....there are a few threads on putting 8 batteries under your seat. BUT most people that want to do 8-6v put the extra two in the bag well.
