I've been busy for the last couple of days so I just saw this. I'm pretty sure that the hesitation happens after the solenoid clicks but I will double check and let you know. The weather has been crappy here the last several days (steady rain) so I haven't really messed with it. I'm going to mess around with it in the next couple of days.
I'm also going to check that % value on the double sided arrow that you mentioned in the above post.
I'll let you know what I find out.

From what the Alltrax tech told me, if you do a custom change and don't like it then all you have to do is switch it back to standard and all your settings will go back to normal.

So I checked the number of the double arrow and it was already at 1%.
The relay does click then the hesitation of about 1 to 2 seconds and then the cart moves.
That's all I got to check so far.
