1996 48 Volt Half speed
Need help - carts run pretty good on flat ground but any slight hill the cart barely makes it up at a crawl. The reverse is very slow as well. When I press the pedal in either forward or reverse it take like 2-3 seconds to start moving very slow. Batteries are two weeks old and showing good voltage.
