That's what I would have suspected. I'm also guessing it's hard not to keep the pedal to the floor.

Yes I even called them about this when I had questions and they assured me that their instructions were correct. Not sure why they don't at least change the online instructions...somethings are more frustrating than they should be

Thanks, my son did all the work on it.

I had no speed or torque before, so, yes it is hard not to put the pedal to full speed. But I have to control that urge if I want the stock motor to last until I can get the cart back home into the garage to work on that. I did all the other upgrades at the campground. Not the best working situation.

I do have the Admiral MOT-A1 motor standing by ready to go in.
