2003 36V 6 seat - chugging sensation with load
I have a 2003 club cart 36V that when under load of passengers it has a chugging sensation. The cart begins to jerk like it wants to continue forward, but isn’t getting the power. When on a hill the chugging is even worse. I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to the electric carts. Any info on what may be the cause is greatly appreciated.

That sounds like a classic voltage issue. How old are your batteries and what is the pack voltage when you leave off and what does it drop to when you feel it chugging?

Update: it turned out to be the motor control output regulator. After replacing it the cart runs like new again.
