48v club cart not responding Everytime?
Just finished replacing my solenoid that I thought was causing my problems. Wasn’t the solenoid. Cart will respond to pedal sometime other times won’t. You can hear the pedal sw clicking and the solenoid click and it won’t go. Other times press the pedal a few times and it will catch and then go fine. It seemed to help by rolling it backwards until I heard it start beeping and then it started working a lot better but not great. I already replaced a bad speed sw maybe 2 months ago so hard to believe it’s that again. So new speed sw and new solenoid still have a problem when taking off. Any ideas of what it could be? Could it be from the mcor? Even though I hear it and solenoid clicking? Thanks to any help in advance just hope it’s not a bad controller:/ also I’ve had the obc bypassed.

Could be the motor.
When you roll the cart the brushes change location on the armature. OR maybe a bad pedal micro switch... and rolling the cart had nothing to do with it going again. |

Oh gah hope it’s not the motor if so plum quick here I come lol. But if it was the micro sw would the solenoid still be making a clicking noise and still not go?

With those symptoms I would almost guarantee you it is the motor more specifically the brushes.
