Default Club car won’t go

I’m trying to help my neighbor on his club car (AA0437-435360).

His car will not go right now but this issue has happen before Then it would go. He had it at a shop and it work all the time it was there and he got it home and about a week later it quit again.

I took all the cables off and clean them. The solenoid will click when pressing on the pedal. The pack voltage is about 50 volts.

Tomorrow I will look for wire diagrams and any help you all will offer to help me figure this out.

I’m new to club car I have work on a few Ezgo but just not club car.

Thanks in advance

Check voltage while trying to go. Voltage will drop way down if there's a bad connection

I have check it at the controller and it does drop just a little. I check continuity on the solenoid and I have it when the pedals is press and the voltage all the way to the controller is about the same only drop to about 47 volts.

AA prefixes had a lot of cart designations. Is it a series or sepex cart?

Then it is a Series cart.

You could have a gremlin somewhere, as you know, it could be a loose connection to a failing controller. You are thinking the right way, once all that is verified, if it still happens, you will need to diagnose the cart at that specific time to see what input you have lost.

This should be the drawing associated with the cart. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...tml#post928662

Thanks Nole that is what I’m trying to do now because it is showing it tail now. Thanks for the diagram this will hopefully help me locate where I’m loosing the signal.

This is my first club car to trouble shoot.
