Default Precedent headlight

Have a 2010 Precedent. Finding conflicting info on headlights that fit. Saw some that say 2004 and up are all the same and then seen a few that say the 2004-2008.5 are different that the newer ones.

I think the only difference is the need for a bucket harness.

Precedents up to 2008.5 included the bucket harness from factory, that is the harness that runs to the battery bucket for power and also runs to the taillights.

You will need to purchase that bucket harness separate for the 2010 model.

Check with https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/ for those accessories.

So if I got a new LED headlight made for a 2004 to 2008. Could I cannibalize my current headlight wiring to make it work?

If you already have a working headlight then you can use any model year Led headlight.

If you're saying you already have lights and are just upgrading to LED, then yes you can use the existing light wire harness - with a few caveats: If your existing wires support only headlights & tail lights, that's all you'll have with the new LEDs (no turn signals, etc). You may need to rearrange the connections at the light assemblies because different manufacturers use different order to the polarity at the plugs. While old incandescent bulbs don't care, LEDs will only work with correct polarity.
