Default Fore-Par motor

2001 CC DS 48 v series.
Does anyone know anything about these motors? I’m needing a set of springs/ brushes- wires losing continuity between A1-A2.
Found some info about their home office, and it did mention Advanced motors in their line of products they distribute. Overall, my searches have come up empty.
Thinking about getting a set for ADM and hoping it fits. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

Fore-Par sold out many years ago. Not sure who made motors for them?

Thanks Scotty. I’ve reached out to David, @ Revolution, but haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully he’ll know something. May have to try some generic parts, and hope for the best.

Thanks again!

Might call D&D and ask them if they were the maker or know who was. Fore-Par was a west coast distributor more than manufacture. Nivel swallowed them up around 2010-11. I sent an email to somebody who may know. I'll post back if I find anything

The good thing about electric motors is no matter who makes them brush sizes are quite often standardized. If you have no luck otherwise, find an alternator and starter rebuild shop, or other electric motor repair shop and see if they can get a set of brushes for it based on the size of the brushes.

Being “standardized” is what I’m hoping for. We do have a pretty good shop, here in town, so if all else fails, I’ll give them a shout. Thanks!

BTW- FairTax now!!

They look exactly like the ADC/AMD brushes to me based on the pic you sent me in my email. I'll reply to you there.
