Default 04 Club Car DS brakes

Hello
I finally got the brake drum off the left side of my cart. During the process it appears I lost or they were always missing. I believe I am missing parts 3 and 4. On parts 2, I have the inner piece but not the screw that goes in. Can anyone help where I can get those parts.

Also, yet to get the right side drum off. Tried tapping all around and using screwdriver to get off, but it didnt work. TIps there?

Bigger hammer?
If it's not stuck to the axle hub, just turn and pull and it should come off, but I've had some that were pretty stubborn and needed to be pried off.
If it doesn't budge out at all smack it hard around the sides with a hammer a few times.
Beat on it like a redheaded step child.

There's going to be a lip around the edge of the drum, grind that lip off so its even with the braking surface. Don't grind into the braking surface too far, just get the lip knocked off so the drum fits back on over the shoes easier.

I don't know how you wouldn't have the adjuster screw. The brakes wouldn't work at all without that. It's not just stuck in the star wheel?

Can you take the parts from the other side and match them up at a NAPA or other parts store?
I do not think the adjuster parts are unique to golf carts.
