I'm the one that does the reprogramming on the 72V Express carts. Do not ask the dealer to try to speed it up because dealers have been known to mess up the controllers by having one of their "techs" try to speed it up. It's never ended well, ends up locking the cart from operating until they set it back exactly as it was before. I must travel there in person in order to reprogram it.
