Default RXV Body curvature

Do all rxv have this curve?

Is there a way to prevent it?

Is the a way to straighten and support?

It's thin plastic with no real solid support. You could cut a piece of plywood to support it from behind, watching for the harness when placing it.

I did this with rebar on the bottom edge. Plywood would be easier and cheaper.

Rebar is pretty serious. If I was looking to put Jimmy Hofa in between the cart and batteries ....

Is thin PC for cheap? I think it is also an age thing. The cart body I have is 9-10 years old.

I will take these good suggests. Thanks

If it bothers you that bad pull the mat up and put a screw into the floorboard. Make sure nothing is under it of course. Or a kick plate may pull it out. Us fat guys can't lean that far forward to see that it is bowed..

It doesn't bother me. I just noticed it and wondered. I have an ezgo carpet to put over it. The carpet is pretty snazzy.
