No Power at the Solenoid
I have a 2000 1/2 Ds no power at the small terminals. Key on,Sw in in Run position and accelerator on. Help

Put your ear down by the throttle and listen for a click when you press it.

Read this to determine if this is your problem
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-01-04-ds.html Just checked and you may have a different setup than this but they all are basically the same. They consist of a variable resistor and a microswitch. |

Could be the problem...Actually I did not think this cart had an MCOR I replaced one in my Precedent I think the 2000.5 DS is mounted in a different place

Look under the seat and see if you have a Pie shaped v-glide/MSP.

Look at the correct wiring diagram. It will be in the "Stickys." Follow the activation circuit and see if you are getting 48v to the key and the follow the circuit. Pedal depressed, cart in gear, and the rear jacked off the ground.
And as Walter said. You should hear a faint click in the v-glide. |
