Default 2008 Precedent creaking from driver's side

Hey guys,

I searched and searched, but didn't seem to find a similar issue, so forgive me if this has been answered before.

Back in February, I rebuilt the front end of my '08 Precedent, new steering box, tie rod ends, and the front-end rebuild kit (new hubs, spindles, bushings, etc). I got it all together nicely, but it always creaked. I used regular auto grease on all bushings and in the grease ports. I hit it liberally with silicone spray and it would quiet down for awhile, but it always came back.

I returned to grad school in August, so I hadn't had a chance to dive in, and wasn't playing a lot of golf, so I forgot about it. Last weekend I took it out and the creaking was incredibly loud. So, last night I pulled it all apart and re-greased everything, tightened it all up, realigned it, and took it for a spin. Very quiet overall except for one particular motion.

When I get in the cart, the cart makes a slight, but loud creak. I can then rock it side to side and it's quiet. If I hit a bump head on it makes the same creak, so to me it feels like some vertical motion is causing it. I'm lost where to start, and would like to avoid pulling it apart again if I can help it.

I should add - cart is bone stock, no lift, original leaf springs front and rear (but new bushings) - any help on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: Took it on a ride last night - seems like I just needed some time to let the grease work it's way in to all the spots - quiet as a mouse now.
