Default will this controller work?

i have a 2013 txt and found a 1264-5407 400amp curtis controller on facebook. i know this usually comes in the shuttles, but can i change parameters to make it work in my txt? currently i have the 1206 5201 250amp in my cart.

It might be possible, but there are a couple issues. (See attached schematics)

1. The control wiring on the 1206HB you have is attached via a single 16 pin plug and the 1264 has two plugs for control wiring, one 24 pin and one 6 pin, so it would take some rewiring skills.

2. The field map loaded in the 1264 may not match the motor in your TXT-48 cart and I'm not sure if the correct field map is obtainable or user loadable.

If you need a controller for your cart, go with an Alltrax XCT48400-TXT48 (or larger), which has the same wiring as a 1206HB and is user programmable.
