Help- need diagram for manual F\R switch

I just tried to correlate the diagram to my f/r switch and the switch in the diagram is different from the switch in my photos (mine is two bars on bottom and one on right side). Ugh!

I tried to integrate that switch wiring with the Curtis controller and motor leads and that gave me multiple cables to the motor leads and controller leads and that scares me. I don't want to do an "oops" that smokes the controller.

I need one diagram showing all connections with the controller, switch and motor.

I am to the point that I will pay someone (who knows what he is doing) to make a diagram with this information.
