If it moves when you turn the key it is failing the twist test.. Will it move when the key is off?

It jerks forward when I turn the key. Just a bit forward but then its like the brake keeps it from going anywhere, then the beeping starts. And when the key is off, the parking brake is engaged like it should be.

Jumps & beeps = failed brake test.

I did change the brake out and it still does it. Should I swap it back? I figured for sure it had something to do with the controller swap.

Try this- brake installed on motor, BUT Not plugged in. Plug wire Into other brake laying in Bagwell. If it still jumps, the brake is definitely failed, if not, the problem is brake wiring or controller.

Sounds like a plan. I have another question, does the 350 and 235 amp controllers have the exact same wirimg connections? The guy I bought the 350 from sent me an instruction manual for the danahar to Curtis conversion and the wiring picture shows the 2 main solenoid terminals opposite of how mine is connected. I just put the connections back the way they were on the 235.

No it doesn't make a difference on the two big terminals.
