Default Rxv Lockup

My 2013 RXV locked up while underway. I was able to unlock connecting plug 1 to 3 and get trailered home.

I have a constant green light on the charge port. Not sure if that is the cause or an effect.

What is the best trouble shooting strategy?

Ok more info. My problem seems to be hidden inside the black plastic on the battery end of the gray wire. A little bending and the light goes out. Cart operates as normal.

Is there any thing special going on inside that plastic? Replacing the connector would be simple enough, but I am guessing there is something more than a wire hiding in there.

the little black end on the gray wire is a temp sensor, that will cut off the charger if things get to hot in the battery.

Not only that, that sensor has to test good for the cart to operate. Plan on replacing it or just replace the entire port. Way easier than trying to splice those 2 tiny wires in that grey cable

Great info. I’ll just replace the charging port and move on.

I am thinking that the lack of slack and removing and reinstalling on the post while working on this finally tweaked it.
