Thanks again for your time, I really appreciate it, takes some patience dealing with a million questions. I know I have a 4 and 5 year old. One more till I get some work done. If the bearing is on the outside and the axle shaft pulls out do I need to remove the brake hub and the axle tube? Or basically what I took off to inspect the spline and pull it out and remove the bearing?

With the drum & hub off (like you had it), remove the snap ring & the axle shaft can pull out.

How and which way does bearing come off? Don’t want to damage anything, it is not sliding off.

It slides toward the outer end (the shorter direction). Its a light press fit.

Does everything need grease on it? It had some blue grease behind the bearing.

Put it back together and now the noise is worse. I can drive it 3’ and brake and hear the noise. Even worse in reverse.

Did not change the transaxle oil though, no wAy I’m going to get it level enough. It is on a 45 degree angle.

Update
Took it in and they tightened the brake backing plate, changed the fluid, new brake pads, and tightened up and lubed the pedal.
Took care of the noise.
Started my lights and the 48v converter keeps blowing the fuse on it. Its a 20 amp fuse. Had it wired to a fuse block so I took that off to see if that was the problem and it keeps blowing. Not sure why, only 3 wires hooked up and they are right. Any ideas?

Take it back to a shop, that seems to be your best bet.

Not really an option, took two weeks to look at last time. The ground wire in the harness is burnt the most. Any reason to think the converter wires are off?
