1988 ezgo won’t do anything!!!!!!
I bought a 1988 ezgo marathon from a friend. He stated it need new batteries. I bought 6 new 6 volt batteries. Now the cart is getting 37ish volts. Still nothing so I bought a new solenoid(400 hd). The cart has been upgraded with a new controller at some point( Curtis 1205-101) and a foot pedal(varior 09asac-5k). I have tested the motor by jumping it with 12 volts so I know it works. Also put a new on/off toggle switch On it. I’m lost on how to test the controller and solenoid. The f&r switch looks good. Also no micro switches to speak of. I’m no electrician but have some basic skills. Any ideas

"Also no micro switches to speak of" that looks strange...
Check the wiring diagrams and troubleshooting in the stickies and see where you are losing power. Got some pics? |
