And you're not catching any live faults? What's in the fault history?

No live Faults. History HPD. I replaced Brake OBS sensor, same problem. I just replaced Accel OBS sensor and I am gonna go try and run it and see what happens.

Cart started off ran fine, on/off accelerator. Stopped went to hammer down the throttle rolls 2 ft then 0% throttle command, no faults present.

Look for "charger connected" parameter. Is it indicating "yes" when the cart fails?

I will look, playing parts changer now, just did the solenoid. Cart ran fine first lap, gonna put a seat on it and see what happens. I will look out for charger connected. In reverse if it did fault to that would buzzer shut off?

Put a couple miles on the cart, stopping starting, cycling key, etc. Cart ran fine. Will let it sit tonight and sleep with my fingers and toes crossed and try it again in the morning. Thanks for all your help. Not sure why the solenoid would make it act like that with no signs of voltage drop, or faults containing the contactor. But then again I have seen crazier stuff fix Ezgo RXVs.
