Alltrax XCT48500 settings

I finally did the OBC bypass and got my cart running but I'm hoping someone can help me out with advice on the controller settings. I have an Alltrax XCT48500 with a D&D 502-0002 high torque motor. The cart is a 99 DS PD+ 48v brand new Trojan batteries and I switched out the VGLIDE with an MCOR 4. I have a 6 inch lift with 23 inch tires.

The torque is amazing but as soon as you let off of the pedal, it is very rough. I tried calling Alltrax but of course they close at 3PM. I would really like to use the cart this weekend but I need some help getting this thing dialed in. It's almost painful to drive it right now.
