I'm actually located in Canada, just outside Vancouver. I bought the cart from someone in Washington State. I fabricated the front bumper and painted the cart. Even though it is 18 years old it was in remarkably good shape when I got it. I'm sure it was stored inside. I bought the cart so I can be comfortable at horse shows my daughter goes to as well as promoted the product I manufacture. At the first show I went to a couple of weeks ago I was amazed at the number of people who commented on my cart. Mostly people liked the wheels.
