FE390?
With the FE290, FE350 or the FE400's, there are no governors on the engines! On Club Cars, the governor is on/in the transaxle. |

Just a zip tie on the sping on the throttle cable. You also have a rev limiter. There are all kinds of posts on bypassing all the designed protection.
