Wheres The Best place to buy a Service Manual ???
Guys, I need a Service Manual for a Club Car DS 1991.
Looks like I have some work ahead of me on my budget build  Wheres the best place to get one? No dealers around my area. Am also going to need to order some tune up parts ,belts etc Thanks |

I fixed my cart by just using advice and lots of used parts from guys here on the forum. I'm a car guy, so transitioning to golf cart maintenance and repair came natural to me. My cart is basically identical to yours so if you need any pics or advice just post up here.

My dealer told me that they could supply the 1995 - 1996 DS Maintenance & Service manual (Manual # 101905101) but the price was somewhere around $125. I found and purchased one on e-Bay for about $35 including shipping. I understand why you want one. It is excellent!
Since you don't have a dealer close by I'd suggest you find one who will sell parts and the manuals and mail them to you. That's what I'm doing. |

Actually, I just noticed that you are in West Liberty OH, my dealer is Century Equipment in Hilliard. You are much closer to them than I am. Ask for Josh, very helpful.
