Default Golf cart snow plow

It is realistic to connect a slow blade to an electric golf cart and be able to use it as a snow plow on a driveway? There are numerous blades on the web ranging anywhere between $600-$1300. Will this really work?

Do an advanced search. I remember at least one person doing this.

BUT, you'll need to compare their controller/motor with yours. Also decide how long and at what speed you'll be running. Clearing 2" of snow for a driveway is probably less taxing than a parking lot with 12". Low speed and duration of that low speed is important, especially with the added drag at that low speed.

You bet I've been using mine for three years works well. My drive is 30' x 60' and then the side walk around the house. Depending on how much snow determines the plan of attack, pushing snow in small sections or one push. Basically stock cart w/ # 2 welding cables still going strong waiting to burn something up so I can put in a new controller. Plow is from a Craftsman lawn tractor picked up for junk.

Ive often given some thought to doing this. But then...I have a snow thrower that cost me about $400. So...for the price of a snow thrower, I don't have to beat the snot out of my cart. But....that's just one guys opinion.
