the differences in the hydrometer readings are concerning as they should all be just about exactly the same and while i,m by no means an expert on batteries i have read many more than one time that when those readings are not the same or off by just .1 or.2 that can cause problems...........not saying this is whats wrong but it might be something to look into......................................

You Need To Fully Charge The Pack And Have Someone To Load Test The Batteries Not With A Hand Held Unit Load All The Batteries At The Same Time With The Proper Machine And Eliminate The Batteries Always Start With The Batteries With The Type Problem You Are Having

Need help , i just finished up my project cart and will not get full power. It is a 98 club car ds with brand new batteries, torque motor and brand new 800 amp spm controller. Hd solenoid and hd fr was up graded as well. the problem I'm having is I'm not getting full power and the charger will not drop under 10 amps and I put voltage meter on batteries and they are charged. Battery light comes on and off, my led battery guage will not read full. Solenoid will do it's normal click when pedal is down and then sometimes make a dragging funny sound. I will run the cart and if I'm at a stop and then try to go again solenoid will lock up and I have to hit it to get it going. But cart only does about 15 mph with hardly no torque . It just doesn't seem getting all power.

You may have already checked. Are the Battery cables hooked correctly.
