Club car cutting back issue!
I have a buddy with a Club car having an issue. The cart seems to run fine downhill and mostly flat ground. As soon as you start to go up a small incline, the cart drops all power it seems. You can hold the pedal down and it will kick right back in and then drops again . It's almost as if all connection is lost. It almost jolts when it drops out. The feeling is like driving full speed uphill and the immediately letting off the pedal and then going again. Anyone have any idea the issue? I appreciate any help!

Batteries test great. They're less than 1 year old. I can check the serial number when I get home this afternoon and post it.

Re: Club car cutting back issue!
Do you know if it's a DS or Precedent, and the approximate year?

It acts as if you're driving along and someone unplugs the main battery cables and then plugs it back up and then takes it away again.

'11 Precedent. Serial PQ1118 192417. This possibly an mcor or speed sensor issue?

Re: Club car cutting back issue!
Sounds just like mine did when I left one of the battery cables finger tight when I changed them all to 4 ga. Almost like a tooth missing on a gear. I would check all the cable ends. Pull hard on them. If you can pull one loose it was bad.

Yeah, check the cables for loose or corroded connections. The wife melted a couple posts while the cart was doing this. Found corrosion under the cable ends.
