The speed sensor you keep replacing, are the wires on it Red, Green, and Black, or Red, Blue, and Black?

That's a factory sensor then. I was questioning the quality of the sensor, but that rules that out.

Yeah, I bought a cheap one first but had the same results. In fact the original one, the cheap one and the new factory one have similar results.

The cheap ones work, but not typically for any length of time.

On the advice of the local EZGo dealer, I installed a new MCOR. Problem solved!
