Default MCOR ... Impossible??

I have a DS cart with a A0033 model number. But my 2000 service manual shows a Multi-Step Pot and not a MCOR. But I finally realized that little black box is indeed a MCOR.
But how in the world do you get at it ... I pulled up the matt and found a solid steel plate...Does this plate come off?? Do I block up the entire cart and lay underneath .... Or hoist the whole cart in the air on end? Or cut a door in the plate....
I'm also confused as to what new manuals to order??

If you look real close at your serial number it may be AQ03the mcor is bolted on the backside of the frame rail. I think they are 7 mm.

You have a 2003 cart.

You can just reach under and unbolt it. It you jack it up use jack stands.
