Default 2002 Club car will not charge

I have a 2002 Club Car 48 volt. No run/tow switch. When I plug in the charger nothing happens. I have read through some of the posts and I believe the OBC is bad, but I would like to KNOW it is bad. I have tried the jumper between the gray wire with the yellow fuse older and the negative post on the #6 battery. I plugged in the charger and nothing happened. I would like a sure fire way to determine if the OBC is bad before I replace it.

Go to our website and check out out troubleshooting guide for your charger. If the relay won't energize manually when you jump the grey wire to B-, the OBC may not be the Culprit. You may just need a relay. Here's a link to my step by step guide...
