Package 3 is going to give you one heck of a bouncy ride on blacktop and will wear out much faster than if you went Package 2.

As for your earlier question:

As has been stated, there are too many variables. How heavy is your cart, how old is the blacktop, are you going to have a cart that will be spinning the back tires..........

just too many variables to consider when asking that type of question.

Most of my customers change tires about once every 2-3 years if they are running off road tires on blacktop, but then again most of my customers are running their carts year round.
