Total Charge III ... trouble

Ok... Conscripted my wife to help me with the next test before my dad came in. With the charger not powered to A/C, I plugged the DC plug into my cart, and instant arc at the receptical; no idea why or how.

Wife abandoned her post, inspite of my pleas and threats, saying something about electrocution and forced labor, and retreated back into the house.

Well, that was that. Did additional damage to the Positive lead on my cart jack. When my dad came in, I briefed him on the whole situation, and he said "Let's button this thing back up, son."

Anyway, I'm returning it today, and can't thank you guys enough for the help!
