Default EZ GO Golf Cart

Hi
My son has been working on my golf cart for me. It's an EZ go car, electric that I bought used. The car would run fine for awhile, but after you rode it awhile, it would start getting very slow, and now it won't run at all.

We've changed out the controller, the solenoid, batteries, checked the water in the batteries, etc... I'm out of options. Anyone have any ideas??

Thanks

What year is the cart? Is the current situation after you changed out controller, solenoid, batteries that it will not run at all? Does the solenoid click when you press the pedal? how many volts does the battery pack have?

I bought this Golf Cart, used so I am not sure about the year. It's a 36 volt, and solenoid is clicking.

Yes, this occured after, we changed the solenoid, controller, checked the batteries, ...

My son just doesn't know what to try next.
