Default Charger issue

How do you know if you have a TC2 Or a TC3 charger?
I am trying to get the circuit board. When I bypass the board...meaning use a jumper, the charger works. Can I continue with the jump and charge my cart for the time being.

You can but the charger will never shut off and you risk overcharging and damaging your batteries...The charger should say on the front if its a TCII or TC III.

For now I am going to charge the batterys by jumping the board, until I find out what the heck is wrong with this thing. Got any ideals on how long I should let the thing charge for on completly dead batteries?
