Checked the wires on the switch. They seem fine also. Not sure where to go next.

It has a radio but I pulled the fuse for it. No it hasn't been on the charger since we got it home. The meter says full and I checked all the batteries with a volt meter and they checked good.

Checked the wires to the motor this morning. All the wires seem fine and none look like they have been hot or feel like they are about to break.

After your last post I would have to agree it being a wiring problem. Touch and twist every wire to everything. I'll place a bet you have a bad connection somewhere.

I mean EVERY connection, ESPECIALLY the control circuit. Key, F-N-R, and solenoid. Heck if you are driving along and you hit a small bump your seat doesn't feel but the cart does. That just might be enough.

YEPPER... I agree with the last post... I bet it is something simple and cheap... If you are lucky.. When i first started messing with my cart i had the same problem... It would run fine , then out of nowhere, just shut down.. I found a bad conection on the cart that looked like it was fine... check the simple stuff first... hope it works out for ya!!!
