Which is EXACTLY what this cart has been doing EVERY TIME you go to reverse. Only into reverse. The only way you could "avoid" it sometimes would be to avoid pressing the pedal (in reverse) more than 20%. It only happened the first pedal press, of anytime you went from F to R. Knowing this, I won't forget that pop/shutter sound. It would only make a single pop /shutter, then everything was fine until it was put back into reverse with any torque applied.

I have been wondering what the pop/shutter was since I got the cart. Now I know.

Those look nice. I wonder if they can be flipped and swapped so the cables are on the top. In relation to where the brake cable attaches to the stock drums, is the cable location higher or lower than stock on those mechanical discs?
Its either that or front disc brakes. Either way I have to replace the hub.

I also noticed that the bolts on your spacers do not even fully thread through the nut. Mine are the same way and I was concerned about them, thinking I had something wrong.

It is possible to swap the units left for right to get the calipers mounted on top, just depends on the cart. Some guys with lifts or HD springs run into a space issue. The lugs are always tight when I check them, so no issues there for me.
