Why not just put a new OBC in the cart, or maybe someone on here has a used one they will sell for cheap...
Your charger is fine, just fix the OBC and you're good to go!

Bad obc is the perfect opportunity to abort it. I would get a dpi charger and eliminate the obc. Nit sure about that Stanley charger but who knows could be a good option?

the OBC is the same price as a new charger and everywhere you read they say the obc is junk bypass it so thats what i wanted to do i like that idea RIB found i just gotta find more info on it and get it thanks alot RIB sounds like a plan to me!!!

Ok, I guess I have never had a negative experience with them.
My 96 that I had for 3 years had an obc, and now my 02 has one, never had a problem...

will a 48V CLUB CAR Charger Powerdrive 1037170-01 work on my cart with the OBC being bypassed????

Ok got that timer and installed it, now its charging and its at 58.8 volts and the timer is reading its on Finish Rate. And that about 15 mins now.
