Default charger rectifier replacement

Replaced diode rectifier in Powerdrive 2 charger and it now works great. Didn't have ant thermal paste to use when mounting the new rectifier. How important is using thermal paste or thermal grease to prevent overheating of new rectifier?

Default Re: charger rectifier replacement

It is important. You can buy it from an electronics supply place.
